Also known as the Panter boss, Kilnara is a pretty hard boss. The key to taking her down is to pull 4 panther adds at a time again and again while she is in phase one, so that she can't summon panthers when she goes below 50% and turns into Avatar of Bethekk. Another important aspect is to interrupt Kilnara's AoE spells while you're killing off the panthers. This will help the healers out alot.
