#1 Engage Halfus. DPS until add appears. Switch DPS to the add.
#2 You can taunt Halfus. Use taunt to rotate tanks when one tank gets too many stacks of Halfus' healing debuff.
#3 Off-Tank should gather the whelps, and DPS should AoE them for a 100% dmg increase buff.
